Cybereason – $100.0M

Boston-based Cybereason is an endpoint detection and response platform that identifies cyber attacks for effective response. Founded by Eric Gan, Lior Div, Yonatan Amit, and Yossi Naar in 2012, Cybereason has now raised a total of $813.6M in total equity funding and is backed by SoftBank.


Everstream Analytics – $50.0M

San Marcos-based Everstream is a supply chain company that delivers actionable insights to increase the resilience and agility of supply chains. Founded by Christopher Arroyo and David Shillingford in 2012, Everstream Analytics has now raised a total of $74.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Columbia Capital, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and StepStone Group.

Honeycomb – $50.0M

San Francisco-based Honeycomb provides full-stack observability for engineering teams to understand, debug, and improve production systems. Founded by Charity Majors and Christine Yen in 2016, Honeycomb has now raised a total of $148.9M in total equity funding and is backed by Headline, Insight Partners, and Scale Venture Partners.


Huddle01 – $2.8M

Middletown-based Huddle 01 is a decentralized video conferencing re-imagined for performance, affordability, and security. Founded by Ayush Ranjan and Susmit Lavania in 2020, Huddle01 has now raised a total of $2.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Balaji Srinivasan, Dan Romero, East Ventures, Good News Ventures, Hivemind Capital Partners, Juan Benet, LongHash Ventures, M31 Capital, Protocol Labs, Stani Kulechov, and Superscrypt.


OXOS Medical – $23.0M

Atlanta-based OXOS Medical develops digital imaging device for efficient and effective treatment of patients. Founded by Evan Ruff and Greg Kolovich in 2016, OXOS Medical has now raised a total of $41.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Intel Capital and Parkway Venture Capital.

Spendflo – $11.0M

San Francisco-based Spendflo provides a SaaS buying and optimization platform that accelerates, reduces, and optimizes the SaaS purchasing cycle. Founded by Ajay Vardhan, Rajiv Ramanan, and Siddharth Sridharan in 2021, Spendflo has now raised a total of $15.4M in total equity funding and is backed by Accel and Prosus Ventures.


Spring Free EV – $31.0M

San Francisco-based Spring Free EV is a financial technology company built to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles through innovative fintech products Founded by Martin Lagod, Sunil Paul, Tenni Theurer, and Visrin Vichit-Vadakan in 2021, Spring Free EV has now raised a total of $31.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Spring Lane Capital.


Trustle – $6.0M

Walnut Creek-based Trustle is an enterprise security company that automates access management while ensuring users have enough access. Founded by Emiliano Berenbaum and Jon Debonis in 2019, Trustle has now raised a total of $6.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Capital Technology Ventures, Correlation Ventures, FUSE, and Glasswing Ventures.


Vytelle – $20.0M

Lenexa-based Vytelle is a precision livestock company reshaping how cattle producers worldwide optimize their herds. Founded by Kerryann Kocher in 2015, Vytelle has now raised a total of $33.2M in total equity funding and is backed by Forage Capital Partners, Fulcrum Global Capital, Grosvenor Food & AgTech, KCRise Fund, Mountain Group Capital, Open Prairie, and Serra Ventures.

Aqua Cultured Foods – $5.5M

Chicago-based AquaCultured Foods develops a novel new tech that creates an alternative seafood option through the use of microbial fermentation.
