Carolyn Aronson, founder and CEO of haircare brand, It’s A 10 Haircare, and Be A 10 Cosmetics, which features a collection of multi-functional, easy-to-use cosmetics products, received a Legacy Award at the first ever Change-Makers’ Gala on April 16, 2023, in Rosemont, IL.
 
The award is presented by the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation to individuals who have made a significant impact on the beauty industry and have shown a dedication to philanthropy.
