CFAAC will honor Larry Clark with the Celebration of Philanthropy Award this year for his philanthropic work and dedication in Anne Arundel County. This prestigious award has only been awarded three times in the history of this event to individuals whose extraordinary lifetime commitment to philanthropy has had a direct and lasting effect on our community. Clark’s contributions of financial support through the Deerbrook Charitable Trust have had a transformational impact on multiple nonprofits in Anne Arundel County.

“Larry’s tireless contributions of time and expertise, coupled with the financial support of the now sunsetted Trust, embodies the ultimate concept of what it means to be a philanthropist in our community,” said CFAAC President & CEO Mary Spencer.

The awards will be presented on Friday, November 17, at 11 am at LIVE! Casino Hotel Maryland in Hanover, MD, during the Celebration of Philanthropy Awards Luncheon. Tickets and opportunities for sponsorships are now available for this exciting and well-attended event.
