AZ Impact for Good will host the 8th annual Transform Arizona event to support girls and women at Camp South Mountain in Phoenix.

This year’s theme is “Change Agents in Action.” Attendees of the plated luncheon will have the opportunity to engage in discussion about how grantmaking professionals leverage their positions and skills to advance a set of principles and values to operationalize equity and amplify collaboration in philanthropy, a press release explains.

The Bob & Renee Parsons Leadership Center for Girls and Women at Camp South Mountain is a desert oasis in Phoenix featuring two pools, an archery and slingshot range, a field for sports and games, and the recent additions of a climbing tower, bouldering wall and zip line.

The fundraising event goes from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 at Camp South Mountain, at 1611 E. Dobbins Road, in Phoenix.

“We want to provide opportunities for Arizona’s nonprofit and philanthropy leaders to become true change agents in action,” Kristen Wilson, AZ Impact for Good CEO, shared in a press release. “Our Transform Arizona event offers an excellent opportunity for attendees to enhance their professional skills and gain actionable ideas for their organizations.”

The luncheon will feature keynote speaker Dolores Estrada, Peak Grantmaking Chief Operating Officer. She will introduce Peak Grantmaking’s Courage in Practice philosophy.

Early-bird registration is open until Tuesday, Oct. 10, with pricing of $200 per person (member) and $300 per person (non-member), with discounts for groups of five or more. Thereafter, registration costs will start at $225 per person (member) and $325 (non-member).
